Temporarily Working From Home Only

Based on the Michigan Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive Orders we have temporarily closed the Ionia and Lowell offices. That means no consultations, clients, employees or others. The actual offices are completely closed down. We are working from home only. You can leave items in our Lowell drop box, just to the right of our office door on the second floor.

We have changed all of our appointments to phone or video conferencing appointments through at least April 13th May 18th May 29 June 18th, 2020.

Call our office at (616) 897-2900 and we can set up a phone or video appointment. Based on working remotely, it may take some time to get back to you.

If you have received a Notice of Disapproved Claim, Notice of Reconsideration, Unfavorable Decision, or other adverse determination from the Social Security Administration, appeals must be in writing. If you send anything in writing, make sure you send it by Certified Mail. Online Requests for Reconsideration and Requests for Hearing can be filed at https://secure.ssa.gov/iApplsRe/start. An online Request for Review of an Unfavorable ALJ decision can be filed at https://secure.ssa.gov/iApplNMD/oao. Remember to keep your re-entry numbers and print your receipt. It’s not a bad idea to print the pages off as you go either.
